Our most popular cut, Cheshire Pork bellies are a favorite among chefs.  They appreciate both the large amount of lean in the bellies and the quality of the fat.  High in oleic acid, the fat has a firm texture and a silky mouthfeel that sets our bellies apart from the rest.  The skin, or rind is left on, and the belly is cut to a length of at least 19 inches. 

3 Bellies per case, each case weighs about 30lbs.
