
Our most popular cut, Cheshire Pork bellies are a favorite among chefs. They appreciate the large amount of lean in the bellies and the quality of the fat. High in oleic acid, the fat has a firm texture and a silky mouthfeel that sets our bellies apart from the rest. The skin, or rind, is removed and the belly is cut to a length of at least 19 inches.
3 ten pound bellies per case, average case weighs 30lbs.
