We’re only a week away from the first day of fall, and we don’t know about you, but we’re craving all of the savory and comforting pork dishes! We’re excited that Chef David Morales sent us over his delicious recipe for a Stuffed Pork Rack Roast! Our delicious tender pork roast is stuffed with mushrooms, spinach, caramelized onions, goat cheese, and thyme for a mouth-watering fall meal. We suggest serving it alongside creamy mashed potatoes! Stuffed Pork Rack Roast


10 oz chestnut mushroom Pate

2 cups baby spinach chopped

2 cups Caramelized onions

1 cup Crumbled goat cheese

1 tsp fresh thyme

1 tsp blackened seasoning

T.T salt/pepper

Wild Blend Rice

2lb wild Blend Rice

1ct small diced onions

2 tsp chopped garlic

1tsp fresh thyme

T.T salt/pepper

Pork Rack

* French pork rack, nice cleaned 2"in bones.

* Butterfly rack, Season the inside of rack Rub mushroom Pate, caramelized onions, baby. spinach and goat cheese

* Roll up pork rack season as you roll, tie pork. rock Roast for 1hour at 350゚and for 10 min. Raise temperature to 450

* Beautiful Nice Crispy skin
