6 Baby Back Rib Slabs, 12 pounds total average weight. Rib size may vary depending on the season. The hogs tend to be smaller in the summer. All ribs will be at least 2lbs each but may be bigger at times.

I always use to buy store bought baby back ribs and they were fine. But since I started buying Cheshire baby back ribs we haven't gone back to store bought. They are juicy and tender and the taste far exceeds anything store bought. Everybody can tell the difference.
