You’ll find baby back ribs cut from high on the hog (literally and figuratively!), where the ribs and spine meet. Labeled “baby” only for being shorter than the St. Louis rib cut, these smaller ribs are also leaner. You can find all the flavor on the meat-side.

6 Baby Back Rib Slabs, 12 pounds total average weight.  Rib size may vary depending on the season.  The hogs tend to be smaller in the summer.  All ribs will be at least 2lbs each but may be bigger at times.

    These were the best baby back ribs I have ever smoked. Everybody I cooked them for said these were the best ribs I've ever done. They had a lot of meat and were very tender.

    These are by far the best baby back ribs I have found. They are meaty and easy to prepare since the silver membrane is already removed and they are trimmed perfectly. I prepare them a day in advance of eating them by using a brown sugar rub and then putting them in shrink wrap from a food saver in my frig for 24-48 hours. Afterwards, they get redressed and double wrapped for long, slow cooking on my pellet grill or oven. Have never been disappointed by these excellent ribs. A family and friends favorite!

    You can buy baby back ribs anywhere. With the effort it takes to make quality food why settle for store-bought. I never will again. The ribs are so fresh and delicious I won’t get my baby back ribs any place else. From now on
