You’ll find baby back ribs cut from high on the hog (literally and figuratively!), where the ribs and spine meet. Labeled “baby” only for being shorter than the St. Louis rib cut, these smaller ribs are also leaner. You can find all the flavor on the meat-side.

6 Baby Back Rib Slabs, 12 pounds total average weight.  Rib size may vary depending on the season.  The hogs tend to be smaller in the summer.  All ribs will be at least 2lbs each but may be bigger at times.

    Fast shipping great price. Ribs were excellent hard to explain the difference in grocery store ribs and these. We will be hard pressed to get ribs at the grocery store after eating these. Recommend by heath riles for good reason.
