Cheshire PorkOur most popular cut, Cheshire Pork bellies are a favorite among chefs. They appreciate both the large amount of lean in the bellies and the quality of the fat. High in oleic acid, the fat has a firm texture and a silky mouthfeel that sets our bellies apart from the rest. The skin, or rind is left on, and the belly is cut to a length of at least 19 inches. 10 pound slab average

Pork Belly is superb!
I received my product, well packaged and frozen. It was hung up in the mail due to a snow storm and it still arrived with plenty of cold packs in the box. The meat was perfectly trimmed, and had a great meat/fat ratio. Very meaty. I will be buying from this company again for sure!
