Actually luv their cut is my go to for the best burnt ends ever. I never had a bad product , only thing missing lately is the porchetta cut. Eat more pork!!!!!

Hat's off to this meat shop. The skinless pork belly was among the very best that I have worked with. It had an excellent meat / fat ratio and lean for pork belly. The flavor was fresh and an excellent flavor. This pork belly was used for making bacon and raves from the tasters on the quality of the pork. I will be back for more for another batch of bacon.
