I can't recommend the place completely because I was once sent a free t shirt with a confederate flag on it BUT the pork is expertly raised and as good as you will find in the mail order business. I find myself constantly coming back to order.

These pork butts are the finest! Yes, there are cheaper meats on the market. Why waste your time smoking a cheap piece of meat and getting only mediocre taste. I would highly recommend Cheshire Pork Butts. I have also had the pork tenderloin - also excellent!

Really outstanding quality to the meat. So much better than typical grocery store shoulders. Much more tender, much more moisture, just a better chunk of meat. Well worth the price.

The meat was great. It came very quickly after ordering and was well packaged. However, I did not like the fact that both butts were packaged together. I had to thaw out both to separate and then reseal the unused one in a new bag for later use. It would be nice in the future to have these packaged separately.

No better Pork Butt
I have ordered these pork butts several times. They are simply amazing. I would put up my own BBQ over any restaurant in the U.S. - the quality of this pork is the reason why. The butts have required long smokes (~ 18-20 hours at 220) but the result is simply amazing. The bone pulls right out and you are left with tender and moist pulled pork. I enjoy trimming some of the excess fat too. You will not be disappointed in the Cheshire products. Amazing.
