I smoked the St Louis and Baby Back ribs on my Traeger Ironwood XL. Ribs were nicely trimmed - little loss of total weight, simply removing membrane on the back side of the ribs. Very meat, nice marbling. Yielded exceptional quality ribs, moist and flavorful. These will be my 'go-to' ribs for competition. Team Pirate Smoke.

I've only smoked 2 racks of baby back ribs so far and they turned out great. They were meaty and cooked up perfectly. Looking forward to cooking the St. Louis ribs.

This is my first time ordering and my wife and I are totally satisfied. Great ribs! All the better because it's a local source- you know where your meat is coming from. Will definitely order again.
