Our fresh Polish-style, or "white" Kielbasa, is traditionally seasoned with the perfect blend of garlic and spices for that old world flavor. This very versatile sausage is great in a bun or in your recipe roasted, grilled, or pan sautéed. And many a Polish Chef (or Grandma) would simmer it first in seasoned water (or beer!).

Very Tasty. Reminds me of a Kielbasa that my Grandmother had bought one time when we visited Indianapolis. Good Memories.

These are some of the best kielbasa my husband and I have ever eaten. We are so glad we found Cheshire Pork to support our own state and local farms. We have shared their information with many of our friends. We will be ordering these again.

Fresh kielbasa
I do an annual cookout the last weekend in April for about 25 friends and family members. I live in New York and the most common fresh sausage found is hot or sweet Italian sausage. I wanted a nice kielbasa link that I could smoke and serve with my brisket. I found Cheshire Farms online and decided to give them a shot. Allen was quick to answer my question on shipping and was polite and helpful. Their fresh kielbasa links were superb. It was one of the highlights of the bbq and many of my guests asked me where I purchased them. The only criticism I have is that they are a little pricey, but in the end I think they are worth it. I could not afford to use them at every cookout but for the special ones, I will be back for more. Thank you Cheshire Farms and Alan for helping to make my event a success!
