Originating in Franconia, our traditional German-style 4-ounce bratwursts were perfected at Heritage Farms Cheshire Pork. They’re gluten-free, MSG-free, and versatile. They are delicious grilled, pan-fried, or boiled in a good beer broth (our favorite!).

Best of the best
CS has 5 star sausages. None better than this except maybe the hot Italian. We are torn between the 2 ;) Easy to cook. Just do some mashed potatoes and supper is ready.

Bratwurst
some of the best Bratwurst I have had at home. The Bratwurst casing is not as tough as some other brands. They held up to cooking on both a Big green egg and my new Rec Tech grill. Will continue to purchase these online.

Porchetta
The butcher did an absolutely beautiful job preparing this cut. The quality of the pork itself was fantastic. A lot of well fed and happy folks at the house that night!!!!!!
