This whole ham is fresh, not cured or smoked, and is fabricated for a very elegant presentation.  The aitch bone is removed, and the shank bone is exposed and cleaned to create the “handle” to facilitate carving.  The ham is skinless, nicely trimmed and netted.Slow roast this ham for a juicy, delicious and perfectly sized option for the carving board.  Average Weight is 18lbs.
