Chester White is our signature breed. 

The National Pork Producers Council verified in a 10 year test that the Chester White breed is predisposed to produce a highly marbled, tender, delicious, juicy pork product  that our chefs claim is the best eating pork in the world.  

This breed is cool as a cucumber and is valued in the market as being stress resistant. Relaxed hogs make better bacon & BBQ! 

These pigs are decendants of the great white boars of Bedfordshire, England. Chester Whites possess that perfect ratio of sweet marbled fat and tender flesh for the best in pork eating.
