CHESHIRE PORK TAKES CENTER STAGE

Our State magazine hosted a ‘Meet the Maker: Farm to Table Dinner’ at Fearrington House Inn earlier this month. And one of the star ingredients was Cheshire Pork! Esteemed chefs from all over North Carolina created amazing courses, sourced locally, for the capacity crowd of foodies. Executive Chef Colin Bedford, of The Fearrington House Restaurant, made a delightful, mouth-watering dish featuring one of our cuts.

The event date was September 14, and the whole evening sold out quickly. We wanted to toast Our State magazine, our friends at Fearrington House and each and every chef who helped make this event so tasteful.
