Our Porchetta Roast was developed to give Chefs the opportunity to use the parts that made an ancient Roman porchetta wonderful; loin, belly, and skin. This roast is a pork tenderloin wrapped in a skin on belly. It is seasoned with Italian seasonings and ready for roasting! We vacuum pack the porchetta roasts tied. A very special cut, it is a show stopper on the carving board when presented whole, but many chefs cook to medium rare, cool it down, and then slice it and reheat to order. Sliced super thin, it makes an incredible and very traditional sandwich.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Use grapeseed oil (or any high smoke point oil) on the skin.
Cook at 325° for 2 1/2 hours or until it reaches an internal temperature of 140°.
Allow to rest for 30 minutes before slicing.

Porky Goodness!
Made this for Thanksgiving - it was perfect! I can still taste that savory porky goodness. If you think Thanksgiving is just about Turkey - fuggedaboutit - this Porchetta from Cheshire Pork will make you and your guests truly grateful!
Seasoned Porchetta!!
Moma mia! - this is a must have for any holiday table! We got one for thanksgiving and it was a huge hit. The pork is superb in quality and flavor and the seasonings really elevated all that porky goodness! Sandwiches the next day were simply off the hook - good sweet roll, dressed arugula, aoli, and thinly sliced room temp Porchetta. That's a sangawhich! Thank you Cheshire Pork - next year - Turkey? Fuggeddaboutit! Porchetta all the way!
