Good Bacon!
I have purchased the bulk bacon twice now. I buy and vacuum seal it into smaller packages and freeze it which works great. The flavor and quality is very good and is fairly consistent in slicing thickness. I do however wish it would go back to the way it was the first time where it was a literal slab of sliced bacon. The second purchase was sheets of bacon placed side-by-side on butcher paper, and I had to stack it how I liked it. Took a little more time. Either way, flavor is good and I will definitely purchase again.
