Smoked the ribs and collar for MDW. Pork was juicy and flavorful, regret that I did not order more as it is all gone!
Absolutely worth it!
I ordered the pork sampler and everything was excellent! The ribs!!! Wow! Pork loin!!! Wow! Pork Roast!!! Wow! I bet you are starting to see the trend. Again, it’s absolutely worth the price. You can taste the difference.
