The Cheshire Pork bellies are our most popular cut for two reasons: their large amount of lean, and the high oleic acid in the fat, allowing for a firm texture and silky mouthfeel. The skin, or rind, is removed and the belly is cut to a length of at least 19 inches. Their fame is well-deserved as the end product is something deliciously different than any other pork on the market.

Love the Cheshire Pork pork bellies. I've purchased 2-3 of them, mostly to make bacon. They are nice and meaty but with the right amount of fat. When I've cured them and then smoked, the bacon is delicious. When cooked, the texture is perfect. The fat is so "silky" and perfectly balances the richness of the meat. I've purchased bellies from some other "big name" online purveyors and this has been the best.
